The shower squealed like a banshee!!! If you're bringing a car, good luck finding a safe parking spot at night!!! There's no onsite dining options, forcing you to venture out for meals!!!

Marvellous and unbeatable location, pretty nice area, near to Kingston, restaurants and shopping centres. The rooms with modern artistic touch, microwave, for instance. Good facilities there. Superfriendly and pleasant staff and quick to respond. They provided excellent service.

Beds were hard.

The hotel is impeccably clean, provides with a nice size rooms. The continental breakfast is a great bonus. It boasts a comfortable and decent location; so close to restaurants/bars, downtown and the 401, and shops or attractions.

The room was clean with fast wifi, but the bed was uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep well.

The front desk staff were helpful, even assisting me with laundry change. I particularly enjoyed the 24-hour coffee availability and the cozy lounge area to relax.

Completely satisfied

Extremely clean, very friendly staff! A very refreshing change from your average stay in this price range in Kingston. Loved everything about it but found the florescent orange feature wall a bit too much. Could tone that down a bit.The other thing to remember is that this hotel is close to the 401 and some kind of huge transport truck facility which seems to have a constant hummm! We found that if you just shut the window and turned on the air system you would be just fine. Again, it is a bit loud but there are worse things when you travel on a freeway. Cleanliness rules!

Not sure how saying what you didn't like is "not" a complaint? Aside from the environmental noise, which can be controlled, I guess my family and I think it would be more attractive with a less fluorescent sort of orange feature wall.I understand the need for some colour in the very clean and sterile atmosphere but I think there might be better choices. We would absolutely stay there again in spite of this .

satnav doesn't recognize the address, so make sure you have the coordinates if you don't know where the hotel is. our room was next to a staircase which caused some noise.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. The bed was really comfortable and the lighting was good. I appreciated the fast WiFi and how clean everything was. The staff were really nice too help. Plus, no pet fees and a nice area to walk my dog. My only downside was that the decor felt a bit too basic, lacking any warmth or character.

I really liked the lean and clean look and feel of our accommodations. And it was so easy to find after a day of travelling. It's perfect for a stay when you need only a good place to sleep without a lot of extras that you're not going to be using.

My travelling partner would have liked a comfortable chair in which to sit and read - but that wasn't a big issue on this trip.

This is a very modern new hotel with very comfortable beds and squeaky clean. The best feature is that it had no carpets and the bathroom was spacious. There was a microwave, fridge and a new flat screen tv in the wall. They serve free coffee from 5am to 10am and a nice little area to sit with your family if you bring your own food. Great place to stay close to the 401. Thank you for the ease in booking this on line.
